Using Gallah

Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using Gallah. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the applicable WhatsApp platform terms.

Who provides the service

Gallah is the customer-facing brand of AI Ledger, a sole proprietorship registered with FBR in Pakistan. References to “we” mean AI Ledger.

The service

Gallah is designed to help shopkeepers record sales, purchases, expenses and customer credit through WhatsApp messages and voice notes, and review those records in a dashboard. Features may change as the service develops. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is a separate platform. Gallah is not an official WhatsApp or Meta product and is not endorsed by them.

Your responsibilities

  • Use Gallah only for lawful business record keeping and only when you have the right to share the information you send.
  • Keep access to your WhatsApp account and business devices secure.
  • Do not send information about another person unless you have a lawful basis to do so.
  • Do not misuse, disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Gallah or its systems.
  • Check each suggested transaction and correct mistakes before confirming it.

AI output and record accuracy

Voice recognition and language-model extraction can misunderstand speech, names, products, dates, quantities or amounts. Gallah is an administrative aid, not an accountant, auditor, tax adviser or source of legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing records, keeping supporting documents and making business, tax and accounting decisions. Do not rely on an unverified entry as your only record.

Availability and changes

We aim to make Gallah useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every message will be processed correctly or immediately. We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service for operational, security or legal reasons.

Third-party services

Use of WhatsApp and any other third-party tools is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for services operated by third parties.

Termination

You may stop using Gallah at any time. We may restrict or end access if you materially breach these terms, create a security risk, misuse the service or if we must do so by law. You may request deletion of your data using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gallah is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that AI-generated interpretations are accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, AI Ledger is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss caused by relying on an unchecked or incorrect record.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts with jurisdiction in Pakistan will hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date will appear on this page. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms, to the extent allowed by law.
